Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I had was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was a great corner room on the sixth floor, which I found very comfortable. However, it felt a bit small for three people. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster - at times extremely rude and unhelpful, yet they did go above and beyond to change the bedding efficiently. The location was convenient, right between Hakata Station and Canal Street, close to restaurants and a Family Mart. Dining was hit or miss; the food was great overall, but minor issues like non-crispy bacon and difficulty getting taxis due to the hotel's location were drawbacks.
